▼ A DAY ticket does not automatically grant you access to our NIGHT program which starts at 23:59. A COMBI TICKET does. Don't have a NIGHT ticket yet? Click here to get yours.

▼ Final Step DAY tickets are almost sold out.

▼ Once you enter the festival terrain, re-entry is not possible should you decide to leave (temporarily).

▼ There will be lockers available (DAY and NIGHT). HEADS UP for everyone joining Planet Paradigm by NIGHT after being on the festival site during the DAY: Be sure to empty your locker at the festival terrain after the day has come to a close. You'll be able to rent a locker at the Zeefgebouw at a reduced rate for the night!

▼ Stadslab and Woodoven Pizza are going to support you throughout the day and night with a diverse selection of amazing food! Besides our drinks menu, we will also be selling smoothies and sweets.

The intimacy. You, our dear and loyal visitors, have played a significant role in preserving these elements, something we are proud of and deeply appreciate. The request to set aside your mobile phones on the dance floor serves as a reminder to enjoy the moment, each other's energy and the artistry of the DJs. We'll ensure that memorable moments are captured, allowing you to fully immerse yourself!

▼ Are you coming on a bicycle or by foot? The address is Suikerlaan 2. Cycle to the bridge and follow the instructions provided by the traffic marshal. Cross the pedestrian bridge, turn left, walk along the Zeefgebouw and Stadslab to our festival site. Just follow the signs. You will find the entrance without any problems (check out the instruction video).

▼ How do I get to the event by car? The address is Suikerlaan 2. Enter the gate at the site where the Paradigm Main Stage is, round to the right, take the turn on your left and go until you see the Zeefgebouw. Please drive along nice and easy. There is plenty of parking space for cars outside the building. Walk towards our festival site. Keep left of the massive chimney and keep going along the left side of the Stadslab building. Walk straight ahead for 75 meters, take a right turn and then it's a straight shot towards the entrance (check out the instruction video). Parking is free.

Are you going to our night program after the day's over? The Zeefgebouw is close by! Just follow the signs!

▼ Which payment options are available?
1.) You can only use your pin/debit card at the bar.
2.) You can also deposit cash on a special Paradigm prepaid card, which will be available at the cash kassa.
3.) Each prepaid card has a unique QR code. You’re able to check your balance by scanning the QR code from your card.

▼ How does our cup and deposit fee system work for this event?

We as Paradigm have always been committed to create a welcoming, respectful, open and safe space in which diversity and differences are celebrated.
